Abstract

This research paper aims to provide an overview of the evolution of Sufism in Indian subcontinent and to present its effects and results in the various disciplines that have arisen as a result in a research manner. It turns out that the history of spirituality is as old as the history of religion. Spirituality is very difficult to define, but it usually means attachment to sacred beings or concepts, spiritual experiences and observations based on reason and feeling, meditation, compassion and self-control.
