Abstract

Fitrah is an ethical attribute, quality and atomistic principal of Islamic Shariah. All the human beings are created on the Fitrah of Allah (s.w.t). Ibn e Ashur and Allal al Fassi discussed the place of Fitrah. In the Higher Objective of Shariah, Fitrah is an attribute and a method as well to explore the Wisdom. Fitrah is important to understand the Verdicts of Islamic Shariah. Fitrah’s role is to preserve Islamic Shariah for the rest of the humanity. Therefore one target of Maqasid approach is to preserve it. This discussion of Firah is different in nature, from the approach of Principles of Jurisprudence(Usul al Fiqh.).This research article is an attempt to explore, to gain knowledge, to understand, and discuss Fitrah through the brilliant writings of the famous Maqasidyeen:  Ibn e Ashur and Allal al Fassi.
