Abstract

The literature that aims to protect the dignity of freedom has been called resistance literature, and the term resistance literature has been widely used in recent decades, and given the importance of resistance literature, I chose this topic for a literary comparison between Arabic and Urdu literature, in light of the poetry of the two poets, the first of which is Abd al-Karim al-Karmi, the Palestinian, because he is a Palestinian Arab poet and a pioneer of literature. The resistance in Palestine, and the second of them is Abdul Karim Agha Shorsh Kashmiri, because he is an Urdu Kashmiri poet, and the Palestinian and Kashmiri cause are among the most important humanitarian and Islamic issues, and these two issues deserve to be studied from all sides, but we are interested in studying a literary aspect, through a literary and objective comparison to know the points of agreement and difference between the two literatures. Arabic and Urdu, and knowledge of the manifestations of influence and influence between them, and revealing what their poetry is considered to be the literature of resistance.
