Abstract

This article is written to give an overview of the legal status of the use of innovative tools and resources in Visibleness menisci and the views of contemporary scholars in this regard. Ancient scientists and modern scientific research have proved that the sighting of the moon on the 27th and 28th is impossible.  Therefore, it is possible to visibleness to see it only on the 29th or 30th.  The proof of the appearance of the moon is based on visibleness vision, so that every special and ordinary person, urban and rural can see it.  obsoletely   modern devices or resources for example binoculars, microscope, telescope or empyreal Observatory to see and not desired the  legal Crescent . because the legalism has determined the sight of the crescent for Observatory positive ocular  of the sight.  However, the use of scientific and technical means in the sighting of the moon is not illegal, it is correct.  This is also known from the opinion of most of the experts, so keeping in mind the legalism requirements of the sighting of the crescent, there is no problem if help is sought from modern tools and resources.
