Islamic Thought of Josh Malihabadi in his autobiography (Yadu Ke Barat)

Abstract

A literary biography deals with the life of the author, and the hardships and sufferings he faced in his life, and the achievements, education and success he achieved, as well as a picture of that society, in which a writer lives.

The tradition and history of writing autobiography in Urdu is not more than a hundred years old. There are also a large number of biographies of many scholars in Urdu literature. Among these scholars and writers is Josh Malih Al-Abadi who wrote his famous autobiography with his different styles and views on social, cultural and political. Along with these thoughts, Islamic ideas are also seen in many places. The purpose of this article is to provide a brief overview of Josh Malih Abadi's Islamic views in his biography.
