Abstract

ABSTRACT

Allah Ta'ala has made the religion comprehensive and complete. Shariah has describes the positive and negative aspects of everything so that it is possible to act on these with insight. The most important example is the prohibition of wine in the Holy Qur'an. Despite all this, when people refrained from giving up wine because of some apparent self-made benefits, the Qur'an sympathetically explained the main harms as compared to these artificial benefits. Another example is the prohibition of Riba in the Qur'an. In response to this, when people called it business, the Holy Qur'an clarified the difference between business and Riba and declared it as haram.

One of the various new issues that have arisen along with the innovation is the issue of bank cards. While there are many benefits of using bank cards, there are also some disadvantages. So, there is a dire need to highlight the positive and negative aspects of these cards.  There is also a need to improve the use of these cards and make them workable by trying to avoid the negative aspects and save the society. Measures have to be taken because along with Shariah, it is also a requirement of humanity to protect the society from the negative effects of anything.

The main objective of this research is to highlight the important features of bank cards including its negative aspects and how to avoid their disadvantages. It also focuses on reducing all these negatives and to increase the positive effects on the society.
