The effects of recommendation on Pakistani society, their solution in the light of Quran and Sunnah

Abstract

In Pakistani society, recommendation is given great importance, whether the work is small or big, recommendation is mandatory. Be it a government employee or working in an organization, every person tries to get my work done quickly and gives me priority, for which he comes with a recommendation from somewhere and gets his work done quickly based on the recommendation. But if he does not have any recommendation, his work is suspended for months. However, everyone knows that if a job or a job is given to someone based on a wrong and illegitimate recommendation, then the losses are huge, and the organization is destroyed due to this. But despite this, there is an increase rather than a decrease in the recommendation culture. In the religion of Islam, there have been strict promises about false and illegitimate recommendation because a person kills the right of another person based on recommendation, which is a great example of cruelty. If seen inside Pakistan, there is no lack of any kind in any field and art, but still, we need others in every field, the main reason is the misuse of the recommendation in the country. In this paper, we have described the disadvantages of recommendation in Pakistani society as well as their solution in the light of Quran and Sunnah.
