The annunciation of the Holy Prophet Sallallahu Alyhi Wa Salam is a great blessing of Allah upon the believers. The Holy Prophet Sallallahu Alyhi Wa Salam imparted the teachings of the Quran and general wisdom and elaborated the Islamic commandments. Along with him and after his demise, his devoted companions disseminated the Islamic teachings, and particularly his wives, who are titled Mother of the Believers, brought to light, for the sake of educating, such aspects of their marital life which were previously not known. The Mother of the Believers were superior to the Companions in that their house was the place where the divine revelation used to descend.
