About BISE Sargodha

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Sargodha was established in 1968 under the West Pakistan Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (Multan & Sargodha) Ordinance — carved out of BISE Lahore, alongside BISE Multan, as candidate numbers across Punjab grew too large for a single board to handle. The board initially operated from rented premises in Satellite Town before moving to its present location in 1975.

BISE Sargodha conducts the SSC Part 1 examination for four districts: Sargodha, Khushab, Mianwali, and Bhakkar — a large, mostly rural jurisdiction in central-western Punjab.

Result date and time

Sargodha joins the other eight Punjab boards in announcing the SSC Part 1 annual result on a single coordinated date and time, set by the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen (PBCC) so no district publishes ahead of another. For 2026, that's 2 September at 10:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time.

How to check the Sargodha board 2026 result by roll number

1. Go to bisesargodha.edu.pk, the board's official website.
2. Open the Results section and select SSC Part 1 Annual 2026.
3. Enter your roll number exactly as printed on your admit slip — digits only, no spaces or dashes.
4. Submit to view your subject-wise marks sheet.
5. Save a screenshot or download the DMC/PDF while it's available.

By name

If your roll number slip is lost, use the name-search option with your full name and father's name exactly as written on your admission form — an inconsistent spelling will return nothing.

By SMS

Type your roll number and send it as plain text to 800290. Expect your reply — total marks and grade — within roughly 30 to 90 seconds under normal conditions, longer in the busiest first hour after announcement.

Through the gazette PDF

BISE Sargodha publishes a full result gazette shortly after the announcement, listing every candidate by roll number, name, and marks — a reliable fallback if the main result page is slow, and the standard method schools use to check an entire class at once.

What your marks sheet will show

SSC Part 1 is out of 550 marks across eight subjects. As with other Punjab boards this year, the pass threshold has been transitioning from the traditional 33% per subject toward the newer IBCC minimum of 40% — the remarks on your own result card, not a general figure, tell you which applies to your certificate.

If your result doesn't load

"Record not found"

Usually the database is still syncing in the first minutes after announcement (wait fifteen minutes and retry), the wrong examination was selected, or you're registered as a private candidate and need the separate private-candidates search. Contact the board directly if the issue persists past an hour.
